The death has occurred of Mary Dolores Bangs (nee McCormack) peacefully on October the 27th at her home, with her loving family by her side in Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath, formally of Killalee, Castletown Geoghegan and Luton, Bedfordshire, England. Daughter of the late James and Rose McCormack, Dolores will be forever loved and cherished by her loving husband Thomas, daughter Jill, son Sean, brothers Seamus and Tommy, daughter-in-law Gillian, son-in-law Steve, sisters-in-law Rosemary and Lorraine, grandchildren, Ryan, Shannon and Aislinn, nephews, nieces, family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Nannery’s Chapel of Rest, River View, Kilbeggan, (N91HR88) from 4:30pm until 6:30pm on Wednesday (28/10/25). Funeral arriving to the Church of St. James, Kilbeggan (N91CC79) on Thursday morning for Mass at 11:00am. Cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan Town (H12RF78). Please pray for the repose of the soul of Kate-Anne Gray, (née Dixon), Dangan, Summerhill, Meath / Hill-of-Down, Meath / Westmeath.
In her 97th year. Predeceased by her husband Willie, parents Margaret and Patrick, her sister Jane and granddaughter’s Alwynne and Naomi (Kelly). Kate-Anne passed on peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Camillus Nursing Home, Killucan surrounded by her loving family.
Much loved mother of Olive (Kelly, Rahugh), Padraig, Colette (Larkin) and Paula (Munnelly). Kate-Anne will be sadly missed by her loving children, adored by her 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law Bridget, sons-in-law Joe, Eugene and Robert, nieces, nephews, cousin Ann, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Geoffrey Paul died peacefully on October 14th 2025 surrounded by his loving family at The Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore. He is predeceased by his wife Frances, brother Francis and grandson John.
Sadly missed by his sons and daughters Paula, Conor, Gwen, Grainne, Donagh, Geoffrey and Niamh, sister Catherine (Kilbeggan), grandchildren Marcus, Jack, Aisling, Niall, Sean, Thomas, Finn, Charlie, Frances and Gerry, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at O’Reilly’s Funeral Home, Harbour Street, Tullamore, on Friday October 17th from 6pm until Rosary at 8pm. Removal from his home on Saturday morning to St. Colman’s Church, Mucklagh arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining old cemetery.
