Please pray for the repose of the soul of Eileen Casey (née Geoghegan), Ballagh, Newtowncashel, Longford, and formerly of Cornaher, Tyrrellspass.
Eileen passed away peacefully on 12th April 2025, in her 100th year, in the wonderful care of the staff at Our Lady’s Manor Nursing Home.
Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Michael (Tally), by her brothers Pat Joe and Seamus and by her sisters Josie, Maura, Madeline, Esther (Brownscurragh, Kilbeggan), and Rosaleen.
Eileen will be very sadly missed by her loving children Donal, Regina, Micheál, Raymond, and Ann, her adored grandchildren Evin, Maria, Claire, Fiona, Stewart, Luke, Orla, Niamh, Alva, Rebecca, and Helena; her darling great-grandchild Indi, her loving brother Kieran (Tyrrellspass), loving sister Christine McGurran (Kilkenny), daughters-in-law Caroline, Lucy, and Gaye; granddaughter-in-law Michele and by her extended family, neighbours, and friends.
Eileen’s kindness, care, and love will leave a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Tuesday 15th April from 5.00pm until 7.00pm, followed by removal to the Church of the Blessed Virgin, Newtowncashel arriving for evening prayers at 8.30pm.
Mass of the Resurrection on Wednesday 16th April at 12.00 noon, interment afterwards in Cashel cemetery.

Margaret (Marie) Carberry (née Newman)

Margaret passed peacefully on April 9th in the wonderful care of the staff of the Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore, and with her loving family by her side. Predeceased by her husband Tom, her parents Tom and Mary, her brothers Jimmy and Joe, her sisters-in-law May, Nora, Kathleen and brother-in-law Frank. Margaret will be sadly missed by her daughters Mary and Joanna, her son Tommie, her sisters Emmie, Laura, Phil and brother Thomas, sons-in-law Fergal and Jim, daughter-in-law Mona, grandsons Leon, Conor and Ian, great grandchildren, Layla, Clara and Ethan, neighbours and friends.

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Patrick (Pat) Geoghegan, Cumminstown, Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath, and formerly of Ballinagar, Co. Offaly. Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family by his side.
Predeceased by his parents Molly and Paddy, and sister-in-law Ann.
Pat will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his heartbroken wife Breda and son Mark, sister Mary, brothers Seamus (Haney) and Seanie, sister-in-law Lucy, brothers-in-law Michael and Seamus, and Seamus’s wife Ann, nieces, nephews, cousins, fantastic neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Peacefully on March 30th in the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar with her loving family by her side. Previously in the gentle care of the Newbrook Nursing Home, Mullingar. Predeceased by her parents Vincent and Moira. Beloved sister of Eileen, Loretto, Josephine, Tom, Cecilia, Dominic and Louise. Sadly missed by her sisters and brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, neighbours, friends and extended family.

Bernadette passed away peacefully on 28th March 2025 at the Mater Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late John, and sister of the late Rose Wrafter, Moate Road, Kilbeggan. Bernie will be very sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughters Catherine and Frances, grandchildren, great-grandson, sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Westmeath, who passed away 14th of March 2025, peacefully after a short illness in the compassionate care of the staff of the Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore with his loving family and friends by his side. Pre-deceased by his parents Frank and Nancy Ryan, brothers Joe and Damien.
Frank will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his loving daughters Andrea and Leanne, brother Aidan, sisters Myrna, Ann, Monica, Jacinta, Patricia, cherished grandchildren Lucia and Sadhbh, son’s-in-law Rory and Martan, brothers-in-law Terry, Des and Jimmy.
