Sr. Patricia Dunne, Dominican sister, Boksburg, Johannesburg, South Africa and formerly of Rahugh, Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath,

Died peacefully on Saturday 27th September 2025, predeceased by her parents Charles and Anne, her sisters May (Crombie), Anne Teresa (Cusack), Sr. Catherina (South Africa) and Sr. Amy (London), brothers Joe and Bernard.

Sr. Patricia will be sadly missed by her brothers Cathal, Sean and Noel, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces and great grandnephews.

Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, October 2nd at 1.30pm Irish time in Boksburg, South Africa.

Andrew passed peacefully on Friday 26th of September at the Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore, in the presence of his loving family.

Beloved husband of Steph and loving father to Lily and Lorna. Cherished son of Tom and Annette, adoring brother of Laura, Robert and Caroline. Sadly missed by his in-laws, Kevin, Lieven, Jane, Maithé, Loulou, Mamie Babeth, Veronique, Marie Pierre, Thierry and Michéle, his aunts and uncles, nieces, and nephews: Denise, Jamie, Caitlin and Emilie, his many cousins, friends, teammates, neighbours and colleagues.

Reposing at Nannery’s Chapel of Rest, River View, Kilbeggan, (N91HR88) on Wednesday evening (01/10/25) from 5pm until 7pm.

Thomas (Tom) Hughes

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Thomas (Tom) Hughes, (ex ESB), Station Road, Derrymullen, Ballinasloe, Galway.
Tom passed away peacefully after a short illness bravely borne, at Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased and now reunited with his son Thomas, his baby daughter, parents, brothers and sisters.

Tom will be sadly missed and is deeply loved by his heartbroken family, beloved wife Anne, son Brendan, daughters Mary, Paula and Deirdre, adored grandchildren Sara, Emma, Emer, Michael, Laura and Aoife, brothers Austin and Albert, son-in-law Mike, daughter-in-law Niamh, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Tom will repose in Grenham’s Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15), on Wednesday the 24th of September from 5pm to 7pm. Private removal on Thursday morning to St. Michael’s Church, Ballinasloe (H53 CV05) for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in Creagh Cemetery.

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Patrick Joseph McCormack, Unsworth, Bury, Manchester, who passed away peacefully in hospital 20 September 2025, aged 81 years.

The dearly beloved husband of Maureen, much-loved dad of Angela, Lisa, John, Chris, and the late Robert, devoted grandad of Kelly, Reece, Niamh, Declan, Layla Rose, and Mille, great-grandad of Harry, George, and Noah, and a cherished brother, brother-in-law, and uncle. (Brother of JJ Mc Cormack, Harbour Road, Kilbeggan).

It is with deep regret and sadness that we announce the passing of Lily to her eternal reward, following an illness borne with acceptance and courage. Predeceased by her beloved husband Patsy, her parents Peter and Molly Daly. A loving mother, grandmother, sister, Aunt and friend.
